How to Log In to Your Account
When you come to steugene.ca, the first step into our system is always the same login, even if your goal is different. Some guests head straight for hotel bookings, others care only about golf reservations or casino sessions. All of that lives in separate areas once you are inside, but the access point starts from one place.
Here is how we usually suggest doing it, in simple order:
- Open steugene.ca in your preferred browser.
- Look for the account or sign-in area in the top menu.
- Type in the email address you used when you registered.
- Enter your password carefully in the password field.
- Click the sign-in button and wait for your account dashboard to load.
- Complete any extra verification step if the system asks for it.
- Choose what you came for - hotel, golf, or casino section.
- From that main screen, you can see active bookings, previous activity, and personal settings.
Over the years we have seen one recurring point of confusion. If your stay or tee time was originally booked on Booking.com, Expedia or a similar site, those logins are only for that external platform. They do not transfer over to steugene.ca, and the resort login will not recognize them. Treat them as two separate doors.
Recovering Your Login Credentials
Passwords get misplaced, and sometimes the email you used is not fresh in your memory. The reset process on steugene.ca is designed to handle most of that without a phone call, as long as you still have access to your email inbox.
To reset a forgotten password:
- Go to the standard login page on steugene.ca.
- Under the password field, click on “Forgot password”.
- Enter the email address that is tied to your account.
- Open your email and watch for a message with a reset link.
- Follow that link, choose a new password, and confirm it.
- Return to the login page and sign in with the new details.
- If nothing arrives in a few minutes, take a look in your spam or junk folder, it sometimes ends up there.
When an account started on a third-party booking site, the reset has to be done on that same site, not through us. For anything that does not fit into the usual online flow, support is available at +1 250-420-2026. In practice that might mean unusual account issues, trouble with access emails, or something that clearly needs a person to sort out.
One practical habit that pays off: using a password manager. It keeps track of which email you used, what password goes with it, and it reduces those “which login did I use here” moments before they turn into a problem. It is also worth remembering that your login is tied to the specific email address you registered with, so keeping that address current is the simplest way to protect your access.
Account Types and What They Cover
Over time we have shaped the resort platform to serve different types of guests under one brand. Hotel stays, golf days, casino visits, RV trips and events all sit under the same umbrella, but each type of account has its own context once you log in.
| Account Type | Primary Use | Access Point |
|---|---|---|
| Hotel Guest Account | Room reservations, check-in details | steugene.ca or OTA platform |
| Golf Booking Profile | Tee time reservations, course access | steugene.ca/activities/golf/ |
| Casino Session Account | Gaming activity, session history | Resort casino floor or online extension |
| RV Park Reservation | Site booking, arrival scheduling | steugene.ca or direct contact |
| Event / Meeting Account | Venue booking, event coordination | steugene.ca or direct contact |
In line with regulations in British Columbia, the minimum age for casino access is 19. That includes any casino-related account features and every form of gaming activity that may show in the account.
